Thank you for all of the "pantry clearing" inspiration! What kind of canned coconut cream do you use? I've got a case of the Natural Value coconut cream in my Azure order right now, but does the one you use have any added thickeners? Thank you again!

Though we didn’t reduce our grocery spending; I did use up many bits and pieces lost in the freezer and pantry. It has made me think about how to source or change the year around fresh produce I buy. I buy half seasonally, but for the health of my husband and I, I buy fresh organic broccoli, cauliflower, salad greens and date-due frozen organic chicken. I’m trying micro green growing now, and will also try sprouting. I love jarring up fermented foods so may lean this way more, freeze these cruciferous ones in the summer. Preserving in powders as Jessica does is a great way also. Any additional ideas???

I just found your channel and am loving the info. You probably mentioned this before, but where do you get your coconut cream? I struggle to find it near me and it is crazy expensive when I do find it.

Some people sure are judgemental! Even if the hot cocoa with marshmallow fluff wasn't as nutritional, the meals you prepare with lots of veggies and fruits, good grains, etc, it's ok to have comfort foods and treats!!! And when every meal you prepare is not only home made but also includes all of your own meats, fruits & veggies, your family is not ingesting all of the preservatives and sugar that most families do today!!! Love watching you and your kiddos!! ❣️❣️

Think about dehydrating your shredded zucchini… I did last summer and it turned out great! I sealed in canning jars. Rehydrate with some hot water for a few minutes, drain the excess water off and stir into the recipe as usual. Much better than taking up space in the freezer!

I really enjoy the info on food prep and nutrition. The organization of your home with a large family is impressive, but I do not understand your rejection of the one item that would add convenience and save time for a family of nine in northern Ohio — an automatic clothes dryer! Why?

I originally started following your channel for the homeschooling and motherhood content. The video on siblings getting along is still my favorite ever on YouTube. Two years in, our food waste has been drastically reduced thanks to you.
