Hi Stephy lovely and informative video as usual. Your family are getting more delightful by the day. I'm sure they will have their own you tube channels when they grow up. Went to the cardiac doctors today. They said my heart was a little better. They were trying to consider what might be the cause of my heart failure. My daughter has this weird idea it was the keto diet. I said no way. The doctor read a bit about keto on his computer. He didn't know much about keto but said it was a possible but unlikely cause and that it probably was because of my family history. They took lots of blood and said they were going to store my DNA for studying. Take care and keep up your good work.

Yes, I'm in southwestern NH, and we just got hit the hardest in this state with almost 3 feet of snow, and damage and many power outages. I hope to never see another snow flake!! We have snow banks that'll probably be here until June! 😄 do you use egg whites from the carton? And why do you use them instead of the regular egg in carton? Ty Stephy!
