What size pan did you use for the bars? It appears to be about 8 inches. I tried to put mine in 9 inch and thought it was too thin so I used 8 inch and I think the whole thing is too thick. Just got out of the oven. The recipe on Trina's website uses cupcakes now.

Just made the yummy looking dessert bars! Realized I had just used all my heavy whipping cream on another recipe :/ all I had was almond milk so we will see how that turns out!!! Haha! Thanks for sharing!

Those dessert bars look so good! Those are going on the Christmas cookie list and I think my whole family would enjoy those! You can change that recipe up so many ways by changing the nuts and different types of baking chips! How about adding cocoa powder to the condensed milk mixture, and adding mint chips or white chocolate or even doing chocolate in the milk mixture and almond coconut and chocolate chips so it would taste like almond joy candy bar! Possibilities are endless!Thank you so much for bringing us great treats to help keep us one track during the holidays and everyday!❤️

I have a little over half of a coconut pie crust recipe left (I didn't think it would be so much like a cookie) but I have everything I need, and I am going to make at least half if the bar recipe, yum! Thanks so much for sharing this week!!
