    The second recipe moong dal toast is not a great one – ingredients used like white bread, refined salt, eno. Firstly, bread itself is not healthy. Anything packed and processed should be avoided. The only way to be healthy is eat directly from plant like wholesome grains, fruits, vegetables, avoid sugar and salt instead use jaggery powder and rock salt (sendha namak).

    Everything is so good but using plastic for stirring and non-stick pan taking away all the good and making it long term disease inviting mix. Watch back water as Oscar nominated 2019 film which explains the back story of non-stick pans and the on going case in USA against the MNC which makes such pans.
