put 4 or 5 eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup chopped green onions, and about 1-1/2 tablespoons of premium italian salad dressing in a bowl and stir/mix very thoroughly, then dump into a medium-hot skillet, and use a wooden spoon to overturn contents to assure even cooking without burning. enjoy, maybe with salt and pepper when on your plate. all of this requires listening to best music on internet until meal is consumed. add lightly toasted real bagel with genuine philadelphia cheese if more food is needed, with cafe bustelo espresso (ebay) pulls as needed. after all this, you will be prepared to solve several world problems within only a few hours, etc., if you don't need credit for same, etc.

Just a tip. When making something with ground meat in crockpot. Brown the meat first in a pan then drain off the juice before putting the meat in the crockpot. For whole chunks of meat this step isn’t really needed but from ground meat a must.

    Merry Christmas Nate.

You know I just got one of these amazing 9 in 1 Ninja Foodies. I can do anything in it from doing a slow cook to making yogurt to air crisping and its also basically an oven. I did my Christmas gammon in it. It saves a lot of space compared to even a small oven.

If you're on keto mate – eggs and bacon for breakfast. Its what my brother in law does. Also ideally – use your overnight to space out the longest gap possible to get your insulin response down.

I don't know if anybody told you this or not when you cooking in a Crock-Pot you should not be taking up the lid the lid off all the time and checking it cuz if for every time you lift up the lid that hot air escapes and then he has to reheat itself all over again

Nate to dial it in one click better always boil/cook your meat before you put it into the crook pot. That way all the oil/fat goes into the water not your meal. You had the perfect idea with meat balls next time boil that meat then put it in the crock-pot. Great video. And a Marry Christmas to You!.

Nice to see you having a nice dinner for Christmas… Not steak but still tasty. My long time friend watched you as a stanch Republican. He passed away from cancer this Christmas Eve. I let him know about you and he followed and cared about you. I'm gonna miss him so much and you pressing on would be a great honor to him. God Bless Nathan. Be Safe! ps: you only need A1 sauce if it doesn't taste good.
