    Whenever i cook in high flame(8) and then low (2) minutes my biryani always has no masala left at the bottom rice gets cooked properly except chicken no masala is left 2nd time i had more water too , what am i doing wrong?

    You screwed up you ** I wasted 3 hours on a burned dish! Guys, be careful the last step with the 8 mins on high heat, its the dish destroyer! Do not put it for 10 mins!! FALSE! You should make the rice waaaaay less than 300 grams. I would say 150 grams and be careful with adding the rice on the top.
    Add it in medium flame trust me.
