Hi Adelina. Great recipe, love a veggie shepherds pie. I would usually use Henderson relish instead of Worcestershire sauce. It may be different here in the uk but Worcestershire sauce contains fish, so not vegan. X

That is a fantastic recipe to keep near by and grab whenever you have food to use up. And because you’d be using different foods it’s not like you’d be eating the same thing all the time.

I appreciate your recipes so much.
    Thank you.

I assume there wasn’t a video on Sunday because you were practicing some self-care?❣️

While i only saw Sophie go into the litter box once this video, she was eyeing it a few other times – and almost looked upset/mad that you blocked it from the shot😹
My dogs are perfectly quiet most of the day, except when i need to get on a phone or zoom call🙃

When you heat up your leftover pie, how do/will you do that? microwave?

    Great video!
I was just wondering why do you use the basket in the instant pot as opposed to just throwing the potatoes in?
I've never used the steamer basket for potatoes. Do you find it makes a difference?
    Food looked delicious.
And yes, ketchup is a great ingredient 🙂

I absolutely love ‘making do’ with whatever I have on hand. Thank you for reinforcing that thinking!!

I need to look for that shelf stable whip cream. I forgot about having that on my shelf.

Looking forward to giving this a try.
    Thank you.

Yes!!!! Everything tastes better with ketchup!! I make spaghetti sauce from ketchup. About 2 cups of K, cap full or 2 of cider vinegar, and a bunch of brown sugar to taste, cook until ketchup cooks down. Yum. I'm the only one in my entire family who likes this. LOL What about some shredded cheese on the top for the last 15 min or so of cooking of your farmer's pie?

Your W sauce is pronounced ‘wuhstersheer’. It’s a bit like when you might say “I’m going to the store”, it’s the vowel sound in ‘the’ . 🤣 Or actually, the vowel sound in ‘cook’
But W sauce is also good 🤣🤣🤣

Looks absolutely yummy. I will definitely try it. I make a similar dish using Amy’s lentil soup, thickened with a cornstarch slurry, many different veggies. Then top with garlic mashed potatoes. Freezes well if there is any left over!
