What a great meal for the "blustery" cold weather! The variety of meals you prepare is wonderful and inspiring. What is so neat is observing how food hauls turn into delicious recipes and stored goodies. Hearing "beef tips" reminds me of how my father referred to oxtails. He used to make a delicious dish with oxtails but decided not to call it by name and risk that me and my siblings wouldn't give it a try. 🤣(He also cooked a lot with the Maggi seasoning . . . ha ha ha, "whose your sister!" Excellent!!!) Local Kroger market now has oxtails but they cost more than ribeye. Guessing they are factoring the broth potential when pricing! Glad to hear the weather is simmering down.
