Awesome recipe. I would do it exactly like that, but my oven is busted. Will have to settle for grilled shrimp on skewer π It turns out if you skewer them, the shrimp have minimal curl. Also, if all you got us raw unpeeled shrimp, grilling works even better. Thanks for sharing!
