As Dude likes to say, "Oh Mylanta!" This was more delicious than anticipated. You've got to give it a try! And the seasoning, the kids are still trying to find things to dip in it!

Thank you soooo much for this video! I had everything on hand, and I prepared this this evening, but using my own seasoning. It came out absolutely delicious, and in no time at all! I was a little skeptical, because my shrimp were raw, and I was not sure if yours were. I am a believer!!! Thanks again! 💜

This is a recipe we'll definitely have to try. Thanks so much for your videos. They're a consistent way to get the most out of our little 3 quart instant pot. We bought the little one so we could use it in our RV. I am always wondering if the recipes are the same for different sizes of instant pots…hmmm….

That dish is looking great and I ate some like that while in California and loved it. While in Tacoma I found that the military chefs at McChord AFB was great at making it along with many other dishes like Steak and Lobster dishes and my favorite was the Chicken Cordone Bleu which I came up there for on the days I knew that dish would be served in the dining facility.

The captain's boil opened up here in Toronto and expanded VERY quickly. I remember a few years ago, line ups were out the door and wait times were 2 hours on any given day! I tried it once, and realized i paid nearly $100 for 2 people for shrimp and mussels.

I can't wait to try this recipe – i will use Tiger shrimp as a little treat!

Is your spice mix essentially "old bay" seasoning.
