    Easy & healthy chickepea paneer pulao 😍
    Ingredients
    ▪️Soaked Black Chickpeas / भीगे हुए चने -1 cup
    ▪️Cumin/ जीरा -1tsp
    ▪️Onion / प्याज -1medium size
    ▪️Ginger garlic chopped / अदरक लहसुन कटा हुआ हुआ – 1tsp each
    ▪️Tomato paste / टमाटर का पेस्ट -1/2cup
    ▪️Kashmiri Red chilli powder/ कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर -1tsp
    ▪️Turmeric powder/ हल्दी पाउडर -1/2tsp
    ▪️Salt/ नमक
    ▪️Coriander powder/ धनिया पाउडर -2tbsp
    ▪️Garam masala/ गरम मसाला -1/2tsp
    ▪️Cumin powder/ जीरा चूर्ण -1tsp
    ▪️Balck pepper powder/ काली मिर्च पाउडर -1/2tsp
    ▪️Cinnamon/ दालचीनी -1inch
    ▪️Bayleaf/ तेज़पत्ता -1
    ▪️Green Cardamom/ छोटी इलायची -3
    ▪️Cloves/ लौंग -2
    ▪️Paneer cubes/ पनीर -1cup
    ▪️Dry Fenugreek/ कसूरी मेथी -1tsp
    ▪️Fried onion / तला हुआ प्याज -1tbsp
    ▪️Water / पानी -3cup
    ▪️rice / चावल -1cup (wash and soak it for about 5 min)
    ▪️Desi ghee / देशी घी -1bsp
    ▪️Coriander leaves/ धनिया पत्ती
    ▪️Green chillies/ हरी मिर्च -2
    Method
    ▪️In cooker heat oil add cumin & onion saute it then add finely chopped ginger garlic saute it for 2-3 min.
    ▪️add tomato paste, all powdered spices and salt cook until oil starts rising
    ▪️Now add soaked black Chickpeas water and cook for about 2-3 whistles until chana is soft.
    ▪️now open the lid Add rice whole spices, green chillies, paneer, garam masala, fried onion, kasoori methi and ghee cook again for 1 whistle and serve hot.
