    I remember when I gave my son his first hair cut, he was Beckett's age, and had those pre-first haircut long curls and was a tow head. He was such a pretty baby that people assumed he was a girl when his hair was longer. After I cut his hair, he stood in front of a full length mirror and said, "I'm a boy!!" Right you are son!

    In my youth my dad made a deal with a pig farmer. My dad bought one of the farmers piglet to get fattened but old style means lots of greens, carrots and potatoes and some meal worms cause we can‘t let them roam free the piglet could also go outside. My dad brought all the food from our farm shop (veggies, fruits) which we couldn‘t sell to fatten the pig. It was slaughtered and my dad bought from another farmer a cow which was slaughtered too. My dad and my mom made sausages (liver wurst, blood and fresh greaves (not fried just the cut fat pieces) sausages, tongue sausage and ham sausages), canned sausage (the same I mentioned except for the tongue), smoked bacon, bacon and lots of meat.

    I am starting the BBBE challenge on Wednesday, 10/27, along with my 26 year old son. He has over 100 pounds to lose and self-esteem to gain. He's been keto before but fell way off after his 3 year old daughter was born. I have lost about 80 with keto and have about 40 more to go. This will be the perfect reset. We plan to do it until Thanksgiving, have a keto Thanksgiving, and then decide if we want to go back on BBBE or just carnivore/ketovore. Plan to try your "cornbread" dressing for Thanksgiving.
