With beef stew meat. Put it in the crock with a small package of beef short ribs. The short ribs have soooo much fat it helps the stew meat get super tender and faster.
Good thing I just ate! 😂. We have Costco but rarely go there because it’s the farthest place from us (Sam’s is closer) And we still have a ton of beef left from our quarter cow and half hog be bought. Plus my work gives us meat boxes for Christmas and so I got a poultry box. My freezer is stuffed. 😂.
