This looks like the Aldi on the far Southwest side. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Been a while since I've been that far South but yes…selection is unbelievably better than my Aldi's. Halloumi??? Really??? I need to make a return trip!!!๐Ÿ‘

I felt like the keto bread was so dry, dense, sawdust flavored, and hard to eat and it doesn't absorb butter or mayo and soften up like normal buttered toast. It's so dry and dense that if it's stale, over toasted, toasted but cooled down it literally cracks in half like a cracker. Lol

I think this is one of the problems we keep running into with keto people. Most wonโ€™t tell you but some peopleโ€™s videos are too long because people think we really want to see what you bought your non-keto family members. Most of us just want to see what is available to us because we are on keto. Most donโ€™t want to see the yummies we arenโ€™t allowed to eat. That way it is faster and we can watch more videos. Just sayinโ€ฆ. My family is not keto either and i already know what they can eat. P. S. I donโ€™t think your videos are too long. Others are!

I have started doing most of my grocery shopping at Aldi's over the past year. This week I found keto white bread so maybe your girls would like that it's really good too also have keto hamburger buns. I have been looking for a keto friendly white bread forever because I grew my own tomatoes and cucumbers I have to have my tomato sandwiches.

I starting following keto a few years ago when I became diabetic. I still follow a ketogenic or more low carb lifestyle. I was happy to find their keto friendly cookies and burger buns (been looking for forever). I'd like to be cleaner and stricter but I'm more concerned now with finding sugar free foods (while maintaining my weight loss) than I am about losing more weight. Tough balancing act.

Thanks for info on the bone broth. I bought that Greek cheese too, never saw it there before. Your Aldi is stocked a lot better than mine! But, yes Aldi has come a long way in offering healthier foods. Great video ๐Ÿ’•

You should consider making your own turkey burgers with a pack of the jenni o ground turkey I get mine from Sams and a food processor! I have been doing it for a while now and I just made some mozzarella jalapeno ones and they are so good! I know onions aren't the most keto friendly, but i add an onion to the entire mix and it makes about 9 burgers measured out! So good!

My nearest Aldiโ€™s is 85 miles north. I go at least once a month & buy most of my food there or at Samโ€™s Club. I buy just about all my fresh meat & cheese especially at Aldiโ€™s or Samโ€™s. Costco is finally going to open the 1st store in Arkansas. Theyโ€™ve tried for years to be able to do so, but itโ€™s 3 1/2 hours from my house.
