Take a look at a week in our life and what we eat for DINNER! (or do you call it supper??) Our mission was to do a Shelf Cooking Budget Pantry Freezer …
I always love a vlog type video. Even if it was just dinner it was enjoyable to watch. I am still doing Keto, but green beans are my favorite.
Have a great week!
like that fri is dessert night! loll Brielle stealing the show! she is too darn cute other than saying be quiet
does the mystery meat taste ok??
make her take 1 bite everything at least she tried it every meal
fun challenge week
wed herd in u.s McDonalds app happy meal cheaper but like Branden hack buying 10pc 2 side of apple slices
benjamen not patient
simple good dinners
Brielle is a cutie singing and praying yes! more talkative
call it dinner herd people say supper
But the McDonald app has buy one get one free happy meals everyday now, so like $4 for two.
But i have 5 kids so we do a Big Mac deal that comes with 2 Big Macs, 20 nuggets, 2 fries for $15.99 and I look for the $3 off $15 coupon on the app so $13 to feed them all. A treat for them!
I sure hope it works out that they will start to eat them. I am in the same boat and it is definitely discouraging when they dont at least try. Take care!
Try requiring a no thank you bite of everything on your kids' plates. At least they have to try it, then they can decide if they want to finish it.
Maybe try to give a smaller portion of the yummy food like Mac and cheese and when they ask for more then they can get more yummy food if they eat or at least try their veggies 🥦🥕🌽🥬🥒
It’s funny I was just telling my family that we are going to do a pantry/freezer challenge before the end of summer. It’s a great way of getting things used up that sit around too long. I always found that my kids prefer their veggies raw or cooked but still crunchy (maybe it’s a texture thing?) and they were more willing to eat them that way. Keep doing what your doing and eventually there will be at least a few veggies that they like. Great video!
I’m struggling with Maelynn’s food. Weston was never picky but Maelynn would rather eat stale bread from under the table than eat most meals we serve.
I grew up with sweet tea but diabetes scares me LOL I eat enough sugar, I don’t need it in my tea 😆
We have the same issue with our 3yr old and 4 yr old not eating their veg. Our 1yr old loves them. We try to hide our veg in our meals, like in pasta sauces and we make the Daniel Plan Cauliflower Mac and cheese.
Brielle singing and praying made my day! Great job conquering this challenge! & I believe when kids see other kids eat veggies they are more comfortable trying them. When I was a teacher I remember kids would try new things if their peers encouraged them to.Try adding them with dips and make them into different shapes. Maybe even like veggie kabobs? Or have them cut them up themselves so they will want to try their "recipe". Something to make the veggies seem fun. Enjoy your weekend B fam!
You rocked this challenge!!
You are sooooo good about meal prepping, Brigette! Was just thinking how ontop of stuff like that you are!! 💪👏
