I have a question, have you ever made a cheese called (I’m spelling it how it sounds) shunkleesh? It’s like a ball of salty cheese with mint leaves and mold on the outside from what I remember. It was one of my favorite things from childhood and I so regret not learning how to make it! Just thought I’d ask- if anyone knows this, it’s probably you👌☺️
