I love to can. I would love to see your recipe for sauce…. I’ll look through your video list. I do sauce, salsa, applesauce, peach jam, strawberry jam. I can using the hot water bath. Do you think a pressure canner makes any difference when canning?

I made this for dinner tonight. The only thing I did different is I used two ounces of Neufchâtel cheese and used wheat spaghetti noodles as I’m losing weight, my doctor’s orders. It was so delicious!

Raos is very expensive but it is the lowest in sugar and tastes really homemade. The only jarred sauce we use.
Hi Lori, Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I made it last night and it was wonderful. I wanted to use up some ground chicken, so I used that in place of the hamburger meat.
