I have always loved cooking. I have gotten better at cooking from scratch now that I am retired, but I always tried to put meals on the table, be it fresh or some pre-made grocery items, when my family was young. I can a few things and will be starting up my garden again in the spring. I had to stop a few years back, I just didn't have the time. I have been making bone broth in my InstantPot for some time now, but I recently went to my sisters so I could pressure can it. It isn't as jelled as it was when I just kept in the fridge uncanned.
