    Eat very hard lol and putting cooked scallops backed where u had raw ones n seasoned them not good cooking to me

    Good video. One thing to mention for people who haven’t made these before.

    There’s a muscle membrane on the side of every scallop from the shell, unless they’re purchased cleaned. They just peel off easily.

    You should add a bit of olive oil to your butter to prevent burning the butter. You burned the shit out of that butter. Makes it bitter and burnt tasting. Also, don't show yourself putting cooked scallops on a dirty cutting board. It gave me all sorts of food poisoning ptsd…

    Rocking crusty style scallops… last time I did it I followed a recipe to keep the pepper off — and it didn't crust up correctly. I think after your first run you remove the crusty scallops and deglaze the buttery juices with a bit lots more butter and tad of EVOO -add chopped smushed garlic to make a great dipping treat
