Meat is so cheap on the other side of the ocean, 1 kg picanha will cost you 25 dollar overhere in the Netherlands, ground beef around 8 dollar. If I buy 20 kg of beef from a farmer it will cost me 17,50 per Kg. (Organic) I than have a mixed-up like roast, steak, ground beef, sausage, all kind of cuts. The cheapest eggs I can get are 21 cents.

On my Costco box in Indiana, USA. It says Albacore solid white tuna, water, sea salt, sodium acid pyrophosphate. contains tuna. My Bumble Bee solid white albacore tuna says vegetable broth. and contains tuna and soy. ???? By the way it's 5 degrees F..

Your new hair color and cut has made a huge impact on how gorgeous you are. Iy has really show cases how your face has slimed and makes you look 15 years younger . I find my local Walmarts are way more expensive on meat than another grocery store. Canaduan prices are higher BYT you have to take in consideration the money exchange rate. Canada is always higher in price. I have my own chickens, thankfully.

I ferment cabbage with a few other veggies mixed in. You basically chop up cabbage, add a lot of salt, and smash the cabbage to draw out the liquid. You let it sit awhile. You need to make sure the liquid covers the cabbage. As it ferments, it can burp out a lot of juice. It works best to have special burping lids and weights that fit on/in wide mouth Ball jars.

I've read the fine print on the canned tuna labels. Some of them say in very small print "contains soy". I believe the soy is the vegetable broth part of the ingredients. I'm guessing that allows them to show a higher protein count per serving. I always avoid buying those brands.

Hi Anita! Did you take into account the Canadian VS US Dollar Conversion? Today $5 Canadian dollars are equal to $3.73 US Dollars.. I was thinking about this when you were talking about the difference in the price of the butter.
