I had never heard of putting potatoes in fried cabbage and sausage until my man asked me to do it. I didn't want it so I had an attitude the whole time I was watching your video and cooking it. Once I tasted it though!!!! I was like WHOA! I even got a good job from him, and my teenage son acted like no one else should have any. No one knew I didn't want it in the beginning and now I'm taking all of the credit. Tonight makes the 3rd time I've made it in the past month. lol Thank you!
My son’s girlfriend just asked me for my sausage & potato skillet recipe. I sent her mine then just found yours which looks much better. You know I quickly forwarded her this link. I’d never considered adding cabbage.
