This looks so delicious and I was planning to make sardine salad today! I am going to try this. I usually do a combination of sardines, EVOO, lemon juice, salt and fresh chopped parsley, but now I want to try oregano and balsamic instead. Thanks!

This looks yummo to me, but alas, just checked it against what to/not to eat for gout.

Now how did That even happen?

    I'm 56, 5'9 between 130- 135 lbs
Don't smoke or drink. Hardly ever eat red meat….. gluten and dairy free….
The only thing I could think of was over doing it on a good thing – mushrooms. Took a mushroom complex, had turmeric and mushroom drink. Mushroom creamer (oo this was good) chaga tincture…… not all at once, but enough….

Any ideas on that one? 🤔

Thank goodness! I’ve had a can in my cabinet and they have been there for a while 👀 oh I’m so glad mine are already headless and gutless. I’m sure those big suckers are better than my canned ones tho
