    I have one of those mini Dash pancake griddles that I make 1 egg omelettes while traveling. I think I’ll try grilled sardines tomorrow, and maybe a sardine omelette. Only had sardines for the first time this year & I find they are delicious.

    Those dogs can smell the sardines you opened last week, they have such a great sense of smell. I would just put the sardines and mustard on top of a waffle, add some cheese, heat and eat.

    I was inspired by your video and Neisha Berry’s tuna casserole. I used 4 tins of sardines, 2 cans of salmon and 1 block of cream cheese. Baked for 15 minutes at 350 and then topped with a combo of smashed chicken crisps, pork rind crumbs and parm cheese. Back in the oven until crispy. It’s absolutely sublime!

    Anita, read about all the probiotics in kefir. It can change your gut flora. I have used heavy cream that I innoculated with kefir. Making it fermented dairy that is less inflammatory. It makes it more digestable.
    Also what about steamed eggs and sardines .
