During festivals like Thaipusam, some people donate 'neer moor', and lemeon water to the devotees. I am sure you have heard about Batu Caves and the annual festival Thaipusam. They add cumin seeds into the 'neer moor' too. You preparation is good. I will try with the lemon leaves added, once the rains say bye and the sun smiles bright. All the best dear.
