Jenni my pa ate the eyeballs to right out of the head then took the head and made fish head stew with barley. It was a really nice thick brown sauce and of course the fish heads have the best meat and you too it off with some homemade bisquits and you're ready for the coldest Michigan weather!
I love your colorful kitchen and the unique recipes you make I have never fried with one teaspoon of oil without having to add more oil but I do not use teflon.

without sautéing the onions/peppers don't they crunch when you take a bite? I usually try to avoid that. I love your colors and humor and you have some great recipes.
