The Salisbury steak looked really good. I think mushrooms would be a good addition too. If you have any Epsom salts, soak you foot in it for a little while. And maybe try to keep it up some. Hope it's better soon. About the onions, I have read putting a damp paper towel or cloth between you and the cutting board will help with tearing. Supposedly something in the fumes are drawn to the moisture in your eyes, so the damp towel attracts it before it reaches your eyes. I've heard it works but haven't tried it myself yet. You can be the research subject for us lol!!
