Hello from central Colorado, love your meal suggestions. I think I will pre make a few of those yummy dishes. Plan on site seeing each day, bring our lunches and have pre made dinners ready to go at night. Hope you got away from Galveston before all the scary weather was going thru Houston/Galveston.
