Happy Friday! If you are looking for some Clean & Delicious, classic comfort food to get you through the rest of the winter my rotisserie chicken noodle soup is for you. It's a super simple recipe, packed with flavor that will nourish you from the inside out. XO-Dani
nice
This is sooooo good!!! I was feeling very under the weather and just found out I’m pregnant so I wanted something to help me feel better. I didn’t have poultry seasoning so I subbed Italian seasoning and 1 small bay leaf. You all have to try this easy soup! The dill is a must!
I have a question about the homemade chicken stock. I make chicken noodle soup every Sunday. I sometimes save the broth and put it in the freezer, but my concern is if I defrost the broth, than I heat it up to make this soup can I put the leftovers to the fridge and heat it up again the next day? I’m really bad with freezing food 😬 thank you.
Love your recipes and advices ❤️
Subscribed….I'm picky but you have some foods I like 👍.
YASSSSS THANK YOU DANIIIIIII!!! Your amazing! Your making healthy eating so accessible for my family! I have been NEEDING this easy way to make soup since its so healthy and one of the only things my Son likes!! ANY kid friendly recipe to hide ingredients I'm super interested in. 😊

I just wanted to tell you how much I love your channel and how much it is saving my life. I am severely overweight and I have been trying to find a way to incorporate being healthy into my diet. I have no clue on what things to eat or what things are healthy or any kind of recipes that I can use. I actually came across your channel once a long time ago and found a recipe for the three ingredient chocolate chip cookies and my son loved them so much he asked me this week, “can you please find that recipe and make them again, mom?” I had no idea what your channel was called but somehow I found the recipe a few days ago. But then I start to delve deeper into your channel and fell in love with it! I realized how much you and your channel can truly help me on my quest to finally lose weight again. A lot of things I have not tried and kind of make me nervous because these are not foods that are normal to me nor have I tried before but I am open now and I know that once I actually start to eat cleaner and get used to trying these foods that I will start to enjoy them. Watching your videos, you have made it seem better for me to try to lose weight, especially after watching your video about how having a clean and healthy eating lifestyle is not something you have to switch 100% overnight. I think that’s where I have been going wrong all the time; trying to 100% change my diet, exercise an hour every day, drink a gallon of water, etc. within a 24 hour period after deciding to go on a diet plan. Thank God for your channel and for you, for showing people a good and healthy way; with great instructions, recipes, and ideas, to help people change their lives thru eating healthy. I am currently binge watching all of your videos and taking notes and making ingredient list to make your recipes. I have a long way to go, about 114 pounds to lose but for the first time, I actually have hope after seeing your channel and knowing there are recipes that I can make and learn to enjoy. The first recipe I’m going to try tonight, is the Buddha bowl and the second, is the chicken salad recipe! God bless you and thank you so much for your channel! I feel like now that I can do this!
it looks really tasty 😊👍
Can I ask you ,please help what's the best foods to eat to help with dry skin on my face , maybe it's because I leave out almost all oils, butters , my body is readjusting from eating rubbish to eating healthy ,this is my first week starting my new way of eating ,hope you can help thankyou Caroline X
Dani, I love what you said about the unseen nourishment of a dish that brings back positive memories. Definitely true. Brings nourishment to the soul as well as your tummy. To me, I have a few dishes in mind like chili or a bowl of red bean soup with cheese and avocados. Yumm.

Why peel the carrots?
I really enjoyed !
Great hack. My local supermarket always sells pre shredded rotisserie chicken which makes it very easy for recipes when I don’t have a ton time to cook during the week.
My favorites soup all time ❤️
This looks yummy! Unfortunately the Lodge Dutch oven is sold out. Just when I was ready to buy it. Can you please link the pot you used to cook the noodles? Thanks in advance!
yum yum yum 😋
Love your channel. You don’t have any added talking that isn’t necessary. I am mostly whole food plant base but occasionally eat chicken. And, love chicken soup. The dill sounds delicious, I just happen to have some growing in my little hydroponic garden.
I would love to see more whole food plant based recipes. Always looking for something different to serve. 😃😃
Oh this sounds so awesome I live on chicken noodle soup so I am going to give this a try. Thank you for sharing!
Tanks for you 💞
Oh wow this looks SOOO good 😍😍😍
OMG !! You just hit the spot for not putting the noodles in the soup !! Whenever i make chicken noodle soup, the noodles absorb all the liquid. You are 100 % right !!! Thank you so much !
Ohh woow, absolutely tasty & amazing noodle recipes you have presented here, thanks for the great connections & sharing of this recipes! Surely inspired us to cook pasta now!😋🥰😍☝👍👍
This looks simple and really effective – brilliant idea to keep the pasta separate! No soggy pasta and it also means you can freeze surplus soup in single portions and just add pasta – fabulous for people who cook for one!
Delicious
I can’t eat high carbs like this so I like the idea of keeping the noodles on the side so others in the household can eat the noodles and I can eat the soup by itself or add konjac noodles
Thank you for the video. I was wanting a healthy and easy recipe for my son and I! 👍
I've done this before, and it is deeeeelicious!!! 🙂🙂🙂
I have carrots, onion, and a half rotisseri chicken in the fridge! Off to make soup😁 I enjoy adding some lemon juice sometimes or corn and potatoes instead of noodles. Different ingredients in the cupboard sometimes. Great video!
Good tip on the noodles being separate from the soup. I once had a great idea to throw a whole box of orzo into my homemade soup and when it didn't look like much I tossed in a second box. While it tasted good the lack of broth was alarming. Big Boop on my part 😀
I cannot wait to make this. I have made several other of your soup recipes and they have been a huge hit. Thanks so much!!!
Im 53 and just got home from a shocking emergency appendectomy and was trying to figure out what to make to eat and this popped up. Simple enough for me to make using rotisserie chicken and broth, easy to eat, and super nutritious to aid in a speedy recovery. Plus we got 15 cm of snow with more on the way. So this is perfect on a cold snowy winter day. Thanks so much. I really appreciate it. And I agree, you need to be on network TV.
Why don't you cook your noodles in the broth and then drain them into a bowl to add into the soup?
Yes to rotisserie chicken 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Never was a fan of “boiled” chicken which is the required method of chicken soup 😖
Roasted or rotisserie so much more flavor — Love this, Dani ♥️
I would save the bones from the chicken and make bone broth in the instant pot 😋
Love this recipe…!!!!! My mouth was watering…..🤤🤤🤤 thank you!! 🙏
The link for the cast iron pot is an Amazon Basic not the Lodge brand. I plan on making this soup this weekend.
Love your recipes. Thank you.
I love soups!!! Going to make this!
What a great idea to keep the pasta separate! I have to use gluten free and they turn to mush easily. I will definitely try that next time. Thank you!
I usually cook the pasta in the soup, that way it take on all the flavour of the broth. And it's a one pot dish. And Parmesan cheese to finish it off is so delicious.
Thanks Dani!!! Awesome quick way to make chicken noodle soup!!
This looks delicious and super simple!
Thank you for the recipe!
Love it!!!!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰Thank you..!!!!🙏❤️🩹🙏
I guess I like mushy noodles because I just throw the noodles in the soup to cook. I also boil all of the chicken carcass and throw that in the soup or the freezer for another time. More richness.
