Looks good. I got my Instant Pot a month or so ago and just love it. I was hooked right off when I made 6 boiled eggs cooked for 6 minutes. They were perfect. Done just right with done but tender yellows, not too hard which sometimes happens. I have made one pot roast, which was so good, but not with all of your spices. I am going to try one your way. Congratulations to all on the new baby. I miss no more babies or real little ones in our family, especially at Christmas time.

So happy to see you are doing cooking in an Instant pot as I am learning from you what I had so many questions on HOW?
I bought my IP in March and LOVE it, but have a lot of learning to do. THANK YOU! "Where were you when I needed You?" 🙂

Hi Debbie- Looks like another wnner! Was just wondering what cut of beef did you use? Was it chuck roast, or pot roast? I lso love pepperocinus, so really want to make this for my family, but want to make sure I use the same cut of beef you did. Thank you, sweetie 👍👏😊🌼🌹

Looks great, Debbie! Love your idea about seasoning the broth and how you cut up the pot roast first into chunks vs whole. I'd have to pass on the pepperoncini due to acid reflux but otherwise looks fabulous. Will try this in my PPC-XL pro! May I ask why you like the Instant Pot better than the PPC-XL? I only cook for 2 so may look at the new Instant Pot Mini they have as the PPC-XL is a bit bigger than we need. All the best to your daughter for a healthy baby and Momma come Tuesday!! MJ
