Hi Lulu..watching you from a cold and grizzly Uk, going to pretend I am on the road myself heading to sun. I laugh at the huge amounts you eat and then prepare more..and you are just so slim! So funny the little details that we must all ( on here) be watching, like seeing a plate..wow, like a mindfulness exercise! Just heard you say you weigh around 134 pounds, that is so light for your height?, well done you. I am 5 foot 4, just lost almost 3 stone and sent my diabetes into remission on a years programme with the doctors and a group but cannot get lower than 10stone, 1 pound grrrrr! Good Morning! I was so happy to see your video. I watch You Tube each morning as I march in place in my RV. It's always a pleasure to spend that time with LULU ♥️ A nice long video gives me more steps. I keep marching until I get 6,000 to start the day off.(one hour) Later in the day, I will take a couple long walks in whatever campground we are visiting. Before I know it, I have 10,000. Along with plant based whole food eating, I am a healthy 70 year old Nomad just living my best life ever. Your videos are so encouraging and uplifting. I can't wait to spend the day with y'all next week! I only have 100 miles to drive to Deland. Easy Peasy.
