    When my brother came to visit with the family last week this was the dish I made for everyone, along with your Dzik and Pickled Tomatillo salad, Yucatan Peanuts, green juice and pumpkin seed chocolate cake. It was a feast! It took several days to prepare but it was so much fun.

    Why have I been using a separate frying pan to sear my meat this whole time? I never even considered putting the insert on the stove top. You betcha I will be doing I from now on. This looks delicious. My husband is coming back from Mexico on Saturday. Maybe I will surprise him with this yummy meal.
