    I wonder if you’d add the crème anglais in addition to the white chocolate. They both sound good. I could make the white chocolate first and then add the crème if I think it would be better.

    Hey Bruno, a small off-topic suggestion when editing the videos: where possible, it would be great if you could make what the image shows match what the voice says. The mind has to do do extra work to make sense of it all, when you're saying something, but I see something else.
