I'd like to see a freezer tour! I appreciate your organization. I actually quit watching a "homesteader" youtuber who has a rather large following because I just couldn't take her sloppiness and unorganization and constantly saying it was ok. Have you tried making vanilla extract? I didn't know if I missed it. That's going to be my next project.

Re: canned berries and fruit. My Mamaw, always canned her ALL her fruit plain. Then, in winter, in Tennessee she could use them for whatever she needed even to process as jelly. Mom said it was because summer was soooo busy and winter she had more time. Also that she could bake with it.

I have everything you have lol 😂 this was the best episode I've seen because English don't know how our family roots are. It's in our blood. P.s. I canned potatoes with peels on….spread in a pan olive oil seasonings like pink salt Italian whatever and baked. Soooooo good

You have a wonderful pantry, and I applaud you.
I do have a question on one of your items, and that is the Auldi canned Cherries. At what time of the year did Aldi have these Cherries?? I am very interested. Than I s for your time and information in advance.

Would love love love recipe for beet juice or pickles beets. I’m new to canning. Would love to have them on my shelves. I usually buy canned beets and add them to my hard boiled eggs for beet eggs. My great grandmother was from PA and she always made them! Love them so much! I want my food storage that big 😂 Love the video!

Thanks for the amazing video! I tried canning roasted peppers this year, and I agree, it’s such a mess! They turned out mushy in the end too. You made me laugh when you said you put the project of canning black beans on the back burner. What a pun! Also, your green beans stayed so green after canning! Any tips? Mine always turn almost yellow.

That is incredible. You all have done an amazing job. Love that you are carrying on a family tradition that is also such a great thing. I agree with you on the do more now instead of doing it more often. All that space is such a blessing.

I would love to see how you track everything you have and what your turnaround is. Do you go through everything before it goes bad? Also, how do you meal plan with all this? It is really awesome!

This pantry is beautiful Adeline!! Aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. Here in Australia, sliced pickled beetroot is traditionally served on burgers, it’s an absolute staple and so yummy. It may sound weird but I definitely suggest you give it a try. It is sweet and sour, a bit like cucumber pickles🤗🤗💖💖
