    Nice. I have the same bag of Nuruk on my pantry shelf. I make Makgeolli often and have been carrying it down to Mexico in a suitcase for years. When I make Mak I bump it with yeast. The Nuruk does contain some natural yeasts but it's mostly a way to introduce Amylase into the brew to convert starch to sugar to make alcohol. It's an interesting ingredient to make bread with. I'd thought to use the dregs of the makgeolli making process but haven't tried it yet. This video is inspiration to give it a try. 🙂
