Hi Guys! Steaks looked delish! Did you get my postcard? I took those pics. Trip was a bit of a bummer. Had a bad fall my first night there, and even though it was a work trip, I still wanted to enjoy some downtime. However, I spent most of my downtime elevating my leg.

Tonight I had left over Beef Enchiladas and Corn, so good. Tomorrow I am making Baked Tilapia with Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese Potatoes using Red Potatoes with Steamed Broccoli. A fast and say dinner done in 15 minutes. What are you doing over the weekend. I might make some homemade Pizza Dough for the freezer using my KitchenAid Stand Mixer. Have a great weekend.

The steaks looked perfect! We sure enjoy using our Ninja grill. I enjoy my steak medium. We had tuna salad melts on English muffins. Pretty tasty. The glasses look good Rick. Rick, the Grillmates are great! They have a Montreal Steak Seasoning that is fantastic. I love to mix the burger one you and Kathy had tonight into good ground beef with A1 and grill them. They are phenomenal!
