Just my opinion… The more complicated you make a burger, the more it ceases to be a burger. Its fun to experiment with, but at the end of the day I'll take a triple pattie smash burger with American cheese, some grilled onions, some mayo, some ketchup and a couple of pickles slices over pretty much anything out there.
Both homerun burgers, only difference is one landed a row higher.
