    almost charcoal flavor?? well thats good! Hmmmm.. get the cheap pit boss charcoal pellets from walmart in the hopper and use the royal oak charcoal pellets in a smoke tube.. BAM!! I bet you'll be on the money!! 😉😉

    Worked 17 years at Royal Oak at the White City Oregon plant. One day management from head office in Georgia came out and shut the plant down. Royal Oak products are now made in China and South America. They have ingredients in it that we couldn’t even have here in the US. Not good. I will never buy any Royal Oak products.

    whats up dude! what's the reason why you put the temp probe shield back on the grill? did you see it didn't make any differences or were there problems you ran into?
    Also before searing you said " let's build up the fire", at what temp on the grill did you start searing? I haven't had nice flames like the ones you had for this video while trying to sear some of my cooks. Thanks!
