    Dr Shawn, look up "body pump" yt vids…this is a program that most gyms use to build muscle like Dr Mabry is talking about where you do interval weight lifting quickly. It works. USe Low weights to start otherwise most will walks out of class within 10mins of class because of frustration and pain. Build up to bigger weights but, you wont use the pound size you use like you are using.
