    I just saw your short about the melting propane hose. You may have have figured it out by now, but if you didn't…. The problem isn't the hose, it's the way you have the propane tank mounted. Turn the tank counter clockwise 90ยฐ. That way, the valve is pointing away from the griddle… If you had already corrected the problem, did you make a short explaining the fix? Do you have the manual that shows how to hang the cylinder?

    speechless! Guys, that is just over the top ridiculous! I had no idea they sold the mojo marinade premade so I will be definitely picking some up. My son and I had a favorite little Cuban sandwich shop that sadly didn't make it through the pandemic and we've been craving an amazing Cuban sandwich ever since, and this monster just puts a simple pork/ham sandwich to shame!     Woah, so many options and ideas here to try. All the ingredients/meats are a winner and working up to a new level is what you do best. Don't have a smoker but sure can get the meats and have a ball making these. St. Patty never knew how good this was going to be.

    I watched with rapt attention as you built that sandwich. It kept getting better and better. And then, at the very last second, you RUINED it by slathering on 1000 Island dressing! Lol. I can't stand 1000 Island or French dressing. I've hated them both since I was a child. – I love a Reubens, but I put horseradish on mine instead. Not sure if that would work on a Cuban though. Of course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong. ๐Ÿ˜
