This is how my local Mexican restaurant makes their beans. Anyone worried these might be blandโthey are not. They are simple and the beans are really the star without having to add a bunch of unnecessary ingredients.

Soak em overnight then rinse. Cook em in crockpot with a bit of olive oil. Don't salt til finished ๐
