    My biryani turned out well. Thanks for sharing. Used your method but ready made biryani mix instead.
    Ratio of 3.25 cups of rice to 2 lbs of chicken was too much chicken. I will do a 1:1 ratio in future. This time was 1 rice to 1.5 chicken ratio. I also need to figure out how much chicken curry liquid to leave in the instant pot while layering the rice to have it disperse equally in the rice. some parts of the biryani were too spicy and some too bland as the gravy was so thick and stuck to the chicken pieces. I used a full sachet of National (2 sachets in one box) Bombay biriani.
