I watched this a couple of times…shouldn't it be said that you added one cup
of water prior to adding the 3 cups of water? I'm a little confused… I've never
seen a recipe for steel oats in the IPot that was anything besides the total cups of water
to whatever the amount of oats were being added. I just want to make certain
