This is awesome fellow Canadian Jeremy! I can't wait to try some of these! I don't see the exact measurements for the PB stir fry sauce, do you have that somewhere? I buy a PB stirfry sauce, but it is probably healthier to make my own. I love all these sauces and dressings! <3 Thanks so much!

Oh oh, here's a good one: I cannot eat lima beans because (I'm about to gross you out, sorry in advance) I saw a cat eating a mouse when I was a kid and the last thing left, that the cat refused to eat and was disgusted by, was something that looked just like a lima bean. EWWWWWWWW!!!!

Love, love, love your content and your down-to-earth family!!! Vitamix with a long "i" not veetamix LOLOLOL

Thanks! And for being a special WFPB YouTuber who shares both your own and others’ recipes and keeps things real. Oh and for taking the time to create the thumbnails so we can jump to and return to specific topics. I’m getting irritated with other people’s hour long blabs or no content shorts. you’re the best!

Thanks Jeremy! Loving your channel – it's become one of our favorites for information, inspiration and entertainment. You and your family are wonderful to watch. When I watch you pit an avocado, I wonder if you've ever tried simply using your fingers on the back (skin side) of the avo to push the pit out. As long as the avo is ripe it works brilliantly and so much safer. Keep up the excellent work – you're making a meaningful difference in supporting delicious, nutritious and animal-friendly eating!

I have a challenge for you. I have a non-vegan cookbook published by Weight Watchers (I know, I know) that celebrates African, Caribbean, and Southern US cuisine (e.g. creole and Cajun). The flavor profiles are different from the usual Mexican, Italian, and Asian cuisine that predominates the vegan YouTubers I follow. You probably don’t want to buy the WW book, but I’m sure there are others in the library. And apologies if you covered this topic. I didn’t see it.

You absolutely nailed this one, sauces and dressings make everything so good. I have to try your cheese sauce, the one i make is very similar, it's the recipe from plantiful kiki. I recently discovered the hemp seed ranch dressing from Danielle Brown, Healthy girl kitchen and OMG I'm obsessed with that dressing. She adds 2 tblsp. olive oil but i leave it out and it tastes as good.

The cheese sauce is a game changer for me. I was finding it difficult to find something to use for cheese. This sauce hits all the cheese elements. When I started making it someone in my house said, "That's not cheese that's stew!" but when it was done everyone thought it was great. I'm going to try the other sauces too. What I like about the recipes is that they are the kind of food we eat, and that are easy to eat on a busy day.

I don't, but my brother does not drink chocolate milk. He was sick, i believe it ended up being a stomach virus, had some chocolate milk for lunch or snack and then threw up😮.
That was 30 years ago. He has not had it since.

When I was in middle school I forgot to bring my lunch money and was starving. I had a box of Ludens Cherry Cough Drops and I ate the whole box. As soon as I got home I ate two tuna sandwiches. I threw up all night. Funny enough I got over my aversion to the tuna within a few years, but to this day I will not touch a cherry candy or cough drop 😂

The Green Goddess dressing from Plant Base Woman Warrior cookbook (which I have) looks amazing but unfortunately I have that weird enzyme that makes cilantro taste like dish soap…blech! Any suggestions for using something else?

Love your videos. I consider myself a flexitarian. I only cook wfpb vegan when I eat out I’m mostly pescatarian or vegetarian. I also don’t turn down free food. Lol. I’m starting to eat less and less animals products. Most of these sauces look great. Eating dairy once or twice a month really does a number on your insides. I just don’t like nutritional yeast. I like it for the umami but not as a cheese substitute. I’m not there yet.
I was raised on various vegan and vegetarian diets ie raw, fruitarian, lacto-ovo, wfpb etc. I’m in my 40’s it’s so much easier to come from a vegan home than it was when I was a kid.

Marshmallows on Thanksgiving Sweet Potato Casserole🤢. Now I enjoy crushed pineapple, and some fresh orange juice with a bit of zest and vanilla. Then sprinkle on a blend of toasted pecans, coconut, and oats, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and cinnamon crumble topping. 😋; or a basic baked sweet potato. 😊

Hi Jeremy, I'm always looking for a good vegan cheese sauce so I tried yours and honestly it was OK however, the next day I used it to make mac n cheese and it was amazing!! The flavours must have mingled together overnight and it was really really good!! Couple of other sauces I try to keep in my fridge that are super easy to make are Korean ssamjang which is spicy with loads of umami, great on noodles, dumplings, rice bowls, tzatziki is again simple but so good on everything Greek or middle Eastern, vegan bacon marinade is fab as a marinade for veg, tofu, tempeh etc and I always have some flavour of oil free hummus for dipping or to make into a salad dressing, on sweet or regular crispy potatoes and amazing as a pasta sauce and the last one is an Indian coriander chutney which is so easy to make and drizzled over anything Indian at all is fab!! A couple of the dressings in your video I also keep in hand like a peanut one, tofu mayo, a pesto and the cheese one, I love sauces on everything and most of them keep for weeks in a sealed jar because of the acid/salt, as long as there's nothing fuzzy on top I'm cool with it 😂
