    Sadly one thing that I’ve noticed with these types of dishes is….they would kill my birds. Non stick and Avacado product of any kind being inhaled by my birds would melt their lungs and kill them near instantly upon inhaling 😓 very hard to be healthier when cast iron is my go-to, meaning lard is the primary item to maintain cast iron. Or is this nothing to worry about(using cast iron and lard)

    Mine is always the same, a Triple order, Scattered, Smothered, Covered, Topped, and Peppered with 2 eggs over easy.

    And, honestly, if I'm in a Waffle House, any concerns about nutrition and calories were left in the car. It's not a meal I want, it's a meal I ***crave***.
