    I wish there was an Asian arm within the T. Colin Campbell CNS in the Mandarin language. I have several Asian families that just don't get it; the whole food plant based nutrition and how to cook without oil, salt and sugar. I try to explain it, but it doesn't translate well from my English explanation to their Asian ears. Maybe down the road. I understand the concern of deforestation due to the need to grow grain to feed the animals for meat eaters. The root of it all is overpopulation. The footprint. And unfortunately the poorest of the poor having the most kids; the educated are having least. It's definitely a complicated, intertwined issue.

    Chef AJ, the whole foods plant based Tribe owes Dr. LeAnne Campbell and her family a world of gratitude. I generally refer to it as the whole foods plant exclusive, however out of respect to Dr. T. Colin Campbell, I will use his reference of whole foods plant based. This was such a lovely interview. You're right, the entire family has a calming effect on my nervous system!😅 Thank you for contributing to a kinder and gentler afternoon. Great interview, Chef AJ and Dr. LeAnne Campbell!🙏💟💟

    Thank you!! Extremely informative! Thank you LeeAnn for a first hand view of the tragic loss of our trees and rivers to make grazing land for grass fed cattle. Terrific interview and information!! Would love to be there!

    Food and Sustainability Project sounds interesting. What is going on with the fruit? That’s so odd. Related to the soil issue, livestock and mass production of soy crops etc? Healing the soil again, and getting back biodiversity: La Vida Land Project. (Sorry to have overslept for this live but thankful to see it on replay.);
