Oh man! Look at those beauties! It can be hard to find big meaty beauties like that in a supermarket. Most times I go to the butcher store. Hey, I wonder…I have two beautiful lamb shanks that I need to braise up. I’m wondering if this recipe couldn’t be used on them? Seems it’d still be a good hearty dish.
