2/3 C red lentils
1/4 C water
1 1/2 T melted coconut oil
3 T psyllium husk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 T vinegar

Can psylliuk husk be replaced with grinded flax seed?
How about adding yeast instead of baking soda?
oh my goodness – first attempt – I had some cheapest red lentils (with a lot of the brown husks in them) that I wanted to use up – + some almond grits left over from making almond milk. Basically I used twice the above ingredients (but not the water) + the almond grits + 2 tsp garlic powder for taste – Made 10 rolls, just eaten my first one, so yummy. Amazing recipe, thank you. A lot of the husks could get rinsed off in 2 to 3 rinses. Will be saving us a heap of money now not needing to buy expensive vegan/gf bread! (I cut out the extra water though, and the rubber gloves, not needed)
How much carbs in 1 buns of lentils
These are yum but a bit small. If I want to make double the quantity do anyone know if I leave in oven longer?
