As a nurse, 3 days max. At our hospital, all food in our work fridge is tossed after 3 days. So I do the same at home.

I keep leftovers 3 days max. I’ve had food poisoning a few times in my life so I’m probably over paranoid when it comes to food.
I'm glad you enjoyed your vacation! Also, the piano playing was amazing! I like that one of them wanted to play on an ipod and you said we're going to enjoy some time outside. It is way to often that all kids do these days is play on their phones or video games and that's it. Nothing wrong with playing games, but there's more. So glad you realize that!
