    Here are the recipes:
Chicken and Cauliflower – just as you see in the vid
a head of cauli, 1lb chicken, 1 onion, 2 sticks celery, , garlic, chicken bouillon, salt
    Instructions:
    Rice cauli
    Cook chicken
    Cook onion, garlic and celery
Cook cauliflower (steam it for about 10 mins, may need to add a bit of water)
    Throw it all together.

Nabe – cut and prepare veggies/meat, throw it into the flavoured stock – I bought mine, cook and serve with rice.

My trick with chicken is sear them quickly on all sides (not sure if sear is the correct english word). Then put a lid on to the pan lower the heat and stir a bit. Within 5/10 minutes it's done and the chicken is nice and soft.

I forgot: Thank you for the nice ideas!!

Holly, thank you for helping me think of tools for success and accountability! You have been so brave and wonderful to show your vulnerabilities to strangers. You make me want to be more open with others and with my journey as well. I appreciate your workouts a lot. Truly, thank you.

I have been committed to a WFPB diet based on the Starch Solution and calorie density. I wanted to tell you about it because of one of your videos where you mentioned not feeling satisfied after eating a salad, or something like that. The science about how it’s difficult for the body to convert starches to fat, but the fat one eats, one wears resonated with me. Consider checking it out. You might find it really works for you!! I find myself full all the time and very satisfied and I’m not counting calories. I just eat more nutrient dense rather than calorie dense foods. Potatoes, whole grains, beans, and lots of veggies!! I’m limiting nuts and seeds to very small amounts until I’m at a healthy weight. I feel better, have much more energy, and have dropped from size 16-18 to 14-16. I’m sure I would get fit faster if I stopped drinking, but I’m not there. Anyhow, I just wanted to let you know about the Starch Solution. It’s really been great just to eat differently as a lifestyle rather than as a struggle or a “diet.” Chef AJ had a transformative journey and has helped me to understand the concepts of calorie density as well and eliminating oil.

Anyhow, I support you and have been privileged to watch your journey and am so grateful for your voice and for sharing your experience.

Regarding the parsley, have you ever had freeze dried chives? They're so great! You get the nice color accent like the parsley but the chives have a very great flavor to them and you only need a little.

    Love you bunches Holly 💛

YW..we obesed people should help eachother isn't it 😉 …if you want to see how carbmanager works look at recent video's of keto rewind. you can just use the free version. it really helps logging all you eat to stay motivated and make different choices. If you wanna do keto…start with going through all the information why and how first. by watching video's of dr berg( and dr sten ekberg is also a good one) and start logging your food now allready so you get used to carbmanager .
You also will see how much suger you consume now in a day , wich in a normal diet is shocking.
    together it all makes sence.
also why people fail their diet and why it has nothing to do with your motivation….it's a reaction of your body
allthough i would advice you to stay away from suger replacements..(because it also spikes your insuline) As a treat you in your coffee you can maybe look into Lakanto simple sirup

I'm not sure if this is any use to you but I wanted to suggest Slimming World. I'm on it now and have lost just over a stone so far. My mum is also doing it with me! You can eat pasta…. 😊 Of course it probably doesn't work for everyone (nothing does) but just in case you wanted to check it out at all. Also from the UK!! Love to see YouTubers from England, even if you do live in the US! 😁😁🍅🍓

He holly..good work with the exercise!
about the food … some feedback
look up dr ken berry on youtube, he has loads of information about low carb and insuline resistance..Use the app carbmanager to see what you can eat.
A low carb (high fat) day is not making you loose weight but the opposite.
On low carb you can eat more and loose weight…you will also loose suger cravings
I lost 15 pounds in 2.5 week without excersice….but i also have to get back in shape so i will follow your hiit routines (not sure yet about that worm)
    good luck

Cut rice completely if you do keto. I don't know other product who have so much carbs like rice. Even if you do lazy keto still you shouldn't be eating a rice. Rice is a killer of keto.
