Did you precook the potatoes before you put in the pressure cooker?
is there any need to mash some of the potatoes while it's cooking to help thicken it?

While I was watching I was saying to myself. Don't you just love the power plus pressure cooker. I love mine. I have the 6 qt and I love it. I make spaghetti and meat sauce, pig ears and pigs feet for my mom, chicken and rice which I just got done with about 30 minutes ago and all kinds of things. I think tomorrow I will try the ham and potato soup you made but leave out the onion and celery. Looks really good.
